Projects in Newcastle
After the successful regeneration project in Byker, Newcastle City Council has decided to establish similar projects for the residents of Scotswood – Benwell, Walker Riverside and the city centre.

Communities
Amongst other equally important objectives these visions for the future set out to stop population loss and create thriving sustainable communities. The project team are evaluating how sustainable energy schemes in the communities and in schools could further this cause.
Scotswood Expo

One example of this work is getting involved in the plans for the Scotswood Expo. As a high quality, sustainable design and construction building development, Scotswood Expo is meant to stimulate the housing market and alter the image of the neighbourhood. Our project team provides advice on energy issues such as energy efficiency and renewable energy.
